Legal and Regulatory Disclosure
Green Mining Gold Fund (GMGF) operates exclusively as a private, closed-loop special purpose vehicle under the by-laws and legal standing of
the Sustainable Mining Development Trust Savings and Credit Co-operative Society Limited (SMD Trust SACCO) and the Co-operative Societies
Act (Chapter 24:05). It is not a public investment scheme. Participation is strictly restricted to registered members of the SACCO and the Zimbabwe
Green Mining Association (ZiGMA). Accordingly, GMGF does not function as a public or collective investment scheme under (Chapter 24:25) or
(Chapter 24:19), serving instead as an internal co-operative asset deployment layer directly at the mining shafts and pits.
